In the industry for almost 7 years now, Dixy has helped 100’s of women achieve their goals and develop healthier training and nutrition habits, showcasing their amazing results via social media. Dixy Fit is based in Staffordshire, operating at one of the areas leading functional gyms, Elite Fitness Stoke-On-Trent. Elite is renowned for its large open gym area, substantial top of the range equipment and friendly atmosphere.

As a personal trainer my passion is to help clients create an all round healthier lifestyle and routine. Breaking stigmas about certain food groups, I teach my clients how they can eat the foods they enjoy, incorporating a healthy balance and giving them the tools to control their calorie intake making health and fitness part of a sustainable lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, your fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health and well-being.

With a warm and friendly approach, Dixy Fit offers personal training plans to suit every ability. Whether 1-1 or group training, I help my clients achieve their goals whatever they may be. Personal training is a great way to really focus on yourself and work on your fitness, physique and overall well-being. I’ll help you to create a healthy routine according to your goals and you will get all the support and coaching you need throughout your time with me. I also offer help with nutrition to get you the best results possible. I offer single PAYG sessions or block bookings at a discounted price. BOOTCAMPS

Look Good, Feel Good

Bootcamps have many benefits. With a group of like minded individuals, a bootcamp can allow you to achieve incredible results in a very short space of time! They are a great way to kick start your fitness journey if you are a beginner. They can help to get you back into training if you lack motivation, and give you the tools you need and confidence you desire to carry on with your fitness journey once completed! My bootcamps are by no means generic, in fact, I pride myself on how bespoke they are. Macros and calories are tailored to each individual, as are the workouts. You’ll get the same care and attention as you would 1-1. On a bootcamp you’ll get weekly group sessions with me, help with nutrition, a workout plan, a before and after transformation and lots of laughs! They are a great way to socialise and make new friends. As bootcamps are ran sporadically throughout the year, details and space availability are advertised only via my social media platform @dixyfitx. ONLINE COACHING

Invest In Yourself

Online Coaching is a sure fire way to stay on track with your goals long term. Tailored to you, my online coaching will provide you with daily calories and macros to follow, example diet plans, recipe books to help you with nutrition, along with a workout plan suited to your fitness ability and goals. Online coaching is a more affordable alternative to a bootcamp or personal training. You can achieve amazing results following a plan online just like I did. One that motivates you to stay on track whilst getting the same support and coaching as you would face to face.
